(1) The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered and confirmed in writing (e-mail, WhatsApp, post, etc.) or orally/over the phone, or, if confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, provided.
(2) The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract has been concluded.
(3) Cancellation and rebooking conditions for direct bookings (manual or website): If the guest books without selecting the additional option "refundable option", no cancellation or rebooking is possible anymore. If the guest selects the additional option "refundable rate", the following applies: Up to 7 days before arrival, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid by him. Up to 5 days before arrival, 75%, and up to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount paid.
(4) The booking conditions for all other booking channels can be viewed on the respective channel at the time of booking.
