Rules

1. The following rules apply not only to our guests but also to their visitors, colleagues, and employees. If the accommodation has been booked by a third party, that person is fully liable.

2. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM.

3. Guests are legally obliged to provide their correct residential address (§29, 30 BMG). Additionally, verification of this address by uploading an ID card or an official document showing the current residential address is mandatory. If identification is not provided or fails, guests will not receive an access code to the apartment.

4. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within a 15km radius of their city of residence without contacting us first.

5. Guests are required to deposit a security deposit up to 7 days before check-in. This will be automatically refunded up to 7 days after check-out, provided no damages have been caused. Guests will receive the access code to the apartment only after the deposit has been received.

6. Failure to comply with points 2 to 5 will result in the cancellation of the booking. Pending on the rate booked, also with a cancellation fee). A stay without payment and without a deposit is not possible.

7. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed (not even at the window, in the stairwell, on balconies, and in common areas). Violations of the smoking ban will be fined €500 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing damages. Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.

8. Prostitution is strictly prohibited. Commercial photography/videography and filming of pornographic content are strictly prohibited. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations will be promptly reported to the regulatory authority and the police.

9. Overnight guests (from one night) exceeding the number specified in the reservation must be reported to us. We charge €50 per night per unauthorized guest.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine and an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before their planned stay.

11. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, trailers, or parking permits.

12. Guests agree that they consent to being filmed by our cameras in all public areas. A noise measuring device may be used in the apartment to monitor excessive noise.

13. Guests assume full responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses incurred on the premises and in the facilities. Guests are required to report property damage to us within 24 hours.

14. The guest is required to ventilate the premises daily for at least 5 minutes. When the weather is colder, lower the heating level with the window open, but do not turn it off. Longer absences (>5 days) must be communicated to us.

15. Quiet hours (10:00 PM - 07:00 AM) and afternoon rest (12:00 PM - 03:00 PM) must be observed.

16. We accept no liability for valuables, burglary/theft, or illegal parking. Guests must inform themselves independently about German laws. Before leaving the accommodation, windows and doors must be locked, and stove/oven, etc. turned off. The use of all devices is at your own risk. Operating instructions are provided, and all safety instructions must be carefully studied before use.

17. We reserve the right to enter the apartment in case of danger, for maintenance purposes, suspicion of violation of the house rules, etc., as well as to carry out pre-announced, weekly intermediate cleanings. We strive to find a suitable appointment, but we depend on the cooperation of the guests for this. Exceptions are possible, but must be coordinated with us in advance.

18. By booking an accommodation, the guest undertakes to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.


General notes:

  • If you should miss anything in our accommodation, need improvement, or if we can assist you in any way, please contact us. We are happy to help you.
  • Please handle the furnishings with care. This way, the next guests will also feel comfortable with us.
  • Please do not reprogram devices such as the TV. Do not carry furniture from the interior outside.
  • Please take off dirty shoes before entering the accommodation.
