The 55m² apartment has been freshly renovated & furnished to a high standard. It is located in an old building in the beautiful Magdeburg old town (city center).
In the immediate vicinity are the main train station, City Carré, restaurants, cinema, GALERIA, and sights (e.g. the Hundertwasser House or the Cathedral).
3 minutes away is also the Elbeschwimmhalle including sauna and steam bath. The Elbe is also not too far away and invites you to take a relaxed walk.
